Le Bouch ' À Oreille, formerly L 'ESCALE , is a brasserie that I have known since my adolescence... I knew the 2 previous bosses and for a few years the last one, Jérôme who, at first glance, is welcoming and polite and a charismatic brunette. The waitress, her daughter (I think) whose first name I no longer have (sorry) has it just as much. The clientele seems loyal and provides an atmosphere that I really appreciate, that of bistros. I came there and still come from time to time for a drink or lunch (rare). I like this place, it brings back so many memories...
