We were a bit pressed this day and so we settled for a two-course meal. The welcome was warm and welcoming. We were given ice cold water immediately which was welcome on a baking hot day. The pace of service was gentle. Most clients elected to dine outdoor on the small shady terrace. We opted for the chic dining room with the very welcome air conditioning. The meal for me was tuna tartare followed by grilled fish. It was Red Gurnard accompanied by creamed rice. Both dishes were outstanding in taste and presentation. I visited this lovely restaurant with my brother on a recent trip to Perpignan. We skipped starters and enjoyed a veal cutlet and lamb shank. Both beautifully cooked and presented. For dessert we both chose chocolate mille fueille lick the plate clean delicious. To finish I had a coffee and my brother asked for a hot chocolate our lovely hostess disappeared round the corner and reappeared two minutes later with chocolate powder! Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is tucked away on a quiet corner and we visited out of season and dined early so the restaurant was quiet. The final bill came to €75.00 worth every euro. Highly recommended. Tony xx
Je suis d'accord avec markranderson. Nous avons découvert cet endroit par accident et avons été ravis par la décoration originale, la serveuse charmante et bien sûr la nourriture. Les entrées étaient intrigantes ; la mienne était une soupe à base de courgettes avec des lanières de jambon frit, servie dans un de ces bols inclinés. Mon plat principal était de délicieuses boulettes de viande accompagnées de riz, et nous avons terminé avec une somptueuse mousse au chocolat. Le vin rouge au verre était superb, tout comme l'espresso.
Went for lunch before watching the Catalan Dragons rugby game. Avoiding the crowds of drunken rugby fans near the castillet its about 5 minutes away in a quiet tranquil street. Inside its very nicely decorated but the food was unbelievable. Rather than going for the menu du jour we ordered a la carte and were not disapointed. The rack of lamb was superb, as was my wifes filet de boeuf... we shared the cheese plate and then the piece de resistance, the grand marnier souffle.

La décoration intérieure améliore l'expérience culinaire. Le menu est varié, avec des plats de viande et de poisson. Bonne sélection de vins, mais ils ne servent pas de vins de maison en carafe, ni en bouteilles de 50 cl. Le personnel est professionnel, attentif et compétent. Une expérience agréable.
We had a funny experience here as the place is really nice inside and the food and service were decent but we were just in a room on our own so no atmosphere and almost the feeling that you shouldn't be there. I know this is (sort of) not the owners fault but it can't help but impact on your dining experience. The room was also too hot (even with the installed a/c and a portable unit). Maybe the tip is to go later...
Visited this restaurant with family with intent to eat for lunch. Front staff was not very forthcoming or friendly. We had hoped to eat outside but the hostess was not very helpful. Decided to go down the road to another lovely restaurant called el patio. Much more accomadating.
I found Le Boudoir in the back streets of old Perpignan last Sunday (August 4th) and had an excellent three course lunch: a delicious mousse, fish wrapped in ham and a fresh fruit salad. A very welcoming host, efficient service an a quiet pretty location.

I went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and had the set lunch. The starter was a little strange but the fish main course and dessert were very tasty. Even though the restaurant was closing I was not rushed to finish my wine. Great service
