Le Cafe De La Fontaine

on august we were with in their restaurant le cafe de la fontaine' next to the michelin star restaurant by xavier mathieu. the environment was beautiful and there was a special occasion, it was the birthday of my wife. the service of this restaurant...was so unstandard that I listed below what went wrong: aperitif, amuse bouche and starter came at the same time? a bottle of wine was poured directly into all glasses without tasting (bordeaux euro at a temperature of approx. grad) the main course came directly after the starter. aperitif was still on the table! did they want us to get out as soon as possible? plates were deleted while other people still eat basic labels) while washing off fell a spoon of the teller. it was picked up and the waiter went away. when I came home, there were chocolate spots on the shoulder of my white mourning. a completely false prepared bill was corrected without any form of apology. this service was of such poor quality that every pizzeria on the corner still stands out in a better service. there is no insight into the quality and service labels of the personal. Finally, the wrong calculation gave me enough reason to write a review. I made all objections when the restaurant left the responsible waiter, he was not impressed by this all in all deriving from a star restaurant arered unworthy service

Très bon service, personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse ce jour. Lieu apaisant. Entrée fraîche et délicate à base de fenouil, marinière, salicornes. Cabillaud, mini courgettes en salade assaisonnées huile/citron, siphon d'aïoli, fenouil et pommes de terre grenaille, gressins. Desserts autour du citron basilic et une verrine pêche fraise riz au lait basilic. Excellent repas. (Le verre de vin à 12 € et une bouteille d'eau gazeuse maison à 8 €, c'est un tarif un peu appuyé...

Nous avons passé un agréable moment Nous avons dû attendre un peu lorsque nous sommes arrivés car ils étaient dans le rush mais cela a été rattrapé sans même que l’on se plaigne Notre service a été agréable sauf le sommelier qui est un peu hautain Les plats étaient très bon Les vins aussi Et le cadre magnifique

Nous avons simplement pris un verre en terrasse dans ce café. Bon moment. Serveur agréable.
