Le Cafe des Quais - Réserver une table

This was a lucky find. We did not book ahead, and found to our initial dismay that the restaurant was fully booked the night we stopped by. But the charming waitress who greeted us invited us to take a table outside, and the weather was perfect for al fresco dining. Our starters, mains, and desserts were all fabulous. But what we'll remember more than the scrumptious food was the delightful waitress. We don't speak French and her English was minimal, but she was wonderfully helpful as we struggled to figure out what to order. She laughed with us as we tried to pronounce the names of the dishes in French, tell her and the chef how great the food was, and express our gratitude. She was so char...

Le Cafe des Quais has definitely become our favourite place to eat in Normandy. it is everything you could hope for from a small, family-run restaurant offering local dishes. There is an excellent range of choice on the menu, including a vegetarian dish, which is quite unusual for provincial France. There is a lovely atmosphere, the service is prompt and personal, the food excellent and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommended!

C'était la troisième fois que nous avons mangé au Café des Quais et, comme d'habitude, nous avons été ravis. Un accueil chaleureux, un excellent service et une nourriture merveilleuse, le tout à un prix très raisonnable. Cette brasserie délicieuse est devenue un incontournable pour nos voyages en Normandie!

Our first visit to this restaurant and a really good find. The staff are very friendly, the decor very tasteful and the food excellent. My partner has an allergy to cheese however the food was changed to accommodate this so don't be afraid to ask. Excellent service, not rushed so a relaxing meal. Thank you

Simply a very nice place to eat very decent prices (12,50 for 3 dishes) and good food. Very polite service as weel (but only in french). You really feel velcome here.
