Le Calypso - Réserver une table

Un restaurant sympathique et amusant avec une cuisine simple mais décente. J'ai pris le filet de perche avec une salade et la tarte Tatin maison en dessert. La salade était correcte, le perche aussi, les deux étaient corrects mais pas exceptionnels. En revanche, la tarte Tatin était exceptionnelle tout comme le service. Donc la nourriture avant le dessert était notée à 3,5 mais le dessert et le service la font monter à 4 ! Belle vue sur le lac et prix abordable !

Friendly and efficient service at this restaurant overlooking the lake. We found taking a table just inside was more comfortable than out on the terrace with just as good a view. The chairs were better than the plastic garden chairs outside. The menu has plenty of choice and features local products. I especially liked that the salads and some of the appetizers were available in two sizes, for smaller or larger appetites. Reserve as Calypso is popular.

Nice meals on two occasions during our stay. Good service is not cheap, but nothing in France is today and age. Good choice, but would probably have fought for a third visit unless you like fish.... Various menus and single discs are particularly remarkable. Service prompt and with a smile.

With a few restaurants just a few minutes' walk from our hotel (Savoy), we were delighted with our dinner. The beautifully modern ambience matched us well, the menu offered good and interesting choices, and the service was excellent.

The food was good, although a little on the expensive side and some vegetables with the main would have been nice.
