very pleasant reception whether it is the hotel or the restaurant. swimming pool and jaccuzzi sea view: a marvel. for the rest, clean room, of reasonable size. for the price range in which this hotel is located, bathrobes, mini bar and safe would be welcome. very pleasant showers, we had a terrace with sea view (top!). Correct breakfasts, but there too it could be better for the additional requested price (notably during the days 'without crêpes' due to the weekly holidays.) we have dinner there one evening with family (the buffet formula at will): well, except for the main dish (unique and not terrible.) we have taken advantage of double the buffet, so (like the essentials of the guests thi...
Nous allions au Cardinal chaque année pour déguster des fruits de mer traditionnels. Résultat : déçus d'abord par les tarifs qui augmentent d'année en année pour une qualité très réduite. Le buffet était autrefois composé de crabes et de demi-bulots, qui ont disparu pour laisser place à des araignées plutôt sèches. Huîtres laitières et bulots non purgés. Bon sauté de veau mais pas impressionnant, toujours le choix dans les entrées. Le point fort se trouve dans les desserts avec une excellente mousse au chocolat ainsi que des fruits, mais des verrines de pâtisserie légères et industrielles. C'est dommage que cet établissement perde en qualité alors qu'il a tout pour être un grand restaurant.
Un hôtel sympathique avec un personnel très agréable. La vue est très jolie, les chambres à l'arrière donnant sur les arbres semblent plus calmes que celles donnant sur la mer. La réactivité du personnel est à souligner. Du côté de la nourriture, sans parler de l'exquise finesse, elle est très adaptée à une grande cuisine en terme de couverts. Cependant, il faut faire attention à la cuisson des homards et à l'ouverture trop longue des huîtres. Les plats du soir sont généralement réussis, tout comme certains desserts faits maison. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont agréables.
beautiful hotel located at the tip of the cardinal .possessed a restaurant with a beautiful view on the coast of sauzon . This restaurant has made its reputation for a few years on its buffet at will. at the price of 32 euros you can access the buffet .fish soup .... different verrines .... seafood at discretion .followed by a hot day dish and buffet of cheeses and desserts ..... homemade !!! drink included with carafe water . gaseous water and three sorts of discreetly labeled wines. Good establishment.
hotel close to the port of sauzon with a nice view, a pleasant swimming pool and a jakusi. the hotel's shuttle (extra charge) connects the palace but only 2 times a day. otherwise there's a bus or a stop. the rooms and soundproofing are correct. the all-inclusive evening buffet is appreciable and its reasonable price. breakfast is varied and offers in particular crêpes.
big, very big disappointment. only industrial products, nothing local. Seafood is pathetic. oysters, shrimps, tiny lobsters of poor quality. flat canteen, warmed. Cheese and industrial desserts. all in a very noisy ambience of the cans that regale themselves. I'd rather go to mc do, it's cheaper.
a high-quality buffet, with a hearty wish, without wasting a small-care staff, attractive prices including children up to 16 years old. Seafood, salads, fish etc...The whole family found its happiness there. A small flat, concerning refrigerant tables, not cold enough and oysters really small.
