Le Caroubier - Réserver une table

We stayed in Sofitel and on the day of arrival did not want to go for dinner outside of the hotel. We read several skeptical reviews about this restaurant and were not too exited about going, but eventually still decided to try. We were really sorry we did not make an effort to go somewhere else. The quality of food at top prices is really poor. I have never tasted such terrible grilled octopus in my life, any beach tent in let’s say Barcelona serves 10 times better product at quarter of the price. Same goes for other dishes just really mediocre. Service is not very hood either with many young waiters without experience and nobody guiding them. All in all except the view there is no reason to ever come to this place. Overall very disappointing.

Je suis resté plusieurs jours dans le cadre d'un séminaire professionnel, je me suis jouissé au restaurant de cartes postales. les plats sont originaux, présentés avec finesse. Les saveurs se mélangent au bonheur. Tout va bien. Merci. Chef !

Nous n'avons pris que des cocktails ici mais c'est magnifique juste au bord du golfe d'Ajaccio dans un environnement de type jardin. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable.

La vue est fantastique, le personnel est très adorable et le chef cuisinier est simplement merveilleux
