we went this lunch between colleagues in this small restaurant bar that does not pay a mine from the outside, but that offers a nice cuisine as much as a pleasant welcome. for my part, I took a carp frying (good and at will) , the fries were not bad. the other dishes of the day were sauerkraut or a piece of beef. no card so, but different dishes of the day. We were ten, we were put in a small room on the side, which allowed us to express ourselves without risking embarrassing neighbours and without being embarrassed by other customers. A good experience that will undoubtedly be renewed. For the whole, it's a very good one!

la centrale et son dirigeant ont su fidéliser chaque midi une clientèle sympathique et colorée. le plat du jour est différent chaque jour mais la carte est complète et très bonne. Un passage est nécessaire.

It's always a pleasure to eat at the center. It's certainly the best restaurant where to eat a dish from day to day in Montbéliard. It's good and well done, it's home, bravo don't change anything

Les toilettes sont minuscule, les douches sont petites et en mauvais état. Le service remonte un peu le niveau. Faites un effort pour nous vu le prix...

bonne cuisine familiale .dommage que le service soit parti..les patrons vieillissent mal..elle devrait s'arrêter et prendre sa retraite..
