Visited this lovely restaurant situated by the canal. It’s a beautiful setting . It is a very peaceful place and I enjoyed watching the cyclists passing by for their afternoon pit stops. The food is fantastic with a plentiful list of pizza choices and a specials board too. The staff where very hospitable and attention to service was 10 out of ten. I would certainly be going back and recommend many others to visit this wonderful treasure of Chateauneuf du Faou. Coffee prices are much cheaper than Paris too ! Thank you Le Chaland

A beautiful position beside the river/canal with an option of sitting inside or outside. Although it is a Pizza house there were other local dishes, such as moules eaten by two of our group, as well as beautifully presented pizza and I had a Calzone which was the best presentation I have ever seen. The staff were very helpful and one was English so our French was not raelly needed. A really friendly atmosphere and the restaurant was full most enjoyable!

Whether you want a gourmet meal, a traditional Bretagne dish, a freshly made oven cooked pizza or just a pint of Paulina this place has it all. It's a wonderful place, with great local characters and superb hosts. We have visited the town twice and always gravitate to this place with friends we and our young daughter are made to feel very welcome. The fabulous views of the canal are the cherry on the cake!

Lunched at this establishment overlooking the canal. We sat on the verandah as we had our dog with us and this was ideal as it was a wonderful warm day. We had varying meals, Fish and Chips, Pizza, Burgers (cooked to order, two medium, one cremated! . The desserts and coffee were very good as was the food. If in the area, go as there is a walk alongside the canal to walk off the over indulgence.

Friendly, usually buzzing atmosphere. Set beside the river Aulne, canalised as part of the Brest to Nantes canal. Good menu and some bargain pizzas available. Drinks slightly dearer than other nearby bars but that reflects the setting.
