Since a few years le chalet de Theo has become a highlight of our stay in chatel. It starts with a lovely walk through the pine trees to arrive. Perfect to open the appetite. You arrive in a traditional chalet with a wonderful view over the valley. The owner receives you as old friends. The menu offers a choice of traditional Savoyard food but best to order in advance as everything is fresh. After the diner you walk back under the moon light. Can anything be more perfect?
Quand vous avez faim et avez besoin d'une pause lors de votre journée intense de ski, pensez à vous arrêter un moment et à déguster une fondue dans ce magnifique restaurant familial. La fondue était absolument délicieuse et seuls des ingrédients locaux sont utilisés. Le service est excellent. La vue est à couper le souffle... Appréciez-la surtout lors d'un bel après-midi ensoleillé.
a very warm welcome and a great kindness "as at home". After the apéro on the terrace with a magnificent view that makes you forget the walk that you drove up there (for my part it was the third time I passed in front of the walk), the food is excellent, the fondue is to be recommended but everything is really good.To recommend!
a must-see passage from our stays snow to chatel, some on foot other to ski, we do not like to meet for a lunch break in this pleasant establishment to the super local cuisine EXCELLENTE. Une vue magnifique, une cuisine raffinée, un accueil chaleureux et la meilleure fondue de la vallée ! J'adore le fait que cet endroit soit accessible en 45 minutes de marche ou en prenant un télésiège suivi d'une marche de 10 minutes depuis Petit Chatel. Simplement un joyau à ne pas manquer à...Muncies.
I went there 2 times during my stay the first warm welcome of the waitress. Lunch on the terrace with a beautiful sun. The second time, time covered, reception very drunk from the boss who seemed to be overflowed being alone at the service.In both cases, excellent food, very good value for money
Nous avons attrapé le dernier train à 16h00 et sommes allés au chalet lorsque le soleil est tombé. Nous avons pris un verre de rosé puis sommes rentrés pour un repas incroyable pour tous les enfants et les adultes. À la fin d'une belle promenade de retour à Châtel. Nous reviendrons.
