We got reservations at this restaurant since we were hotel guests. There isn’t a dress code enforced and the staff was really nice and friendly. The price is hefty and the food isn’t a lot so our bill ended up being $500 with only 2 drinks. We had the 5-course meal, the beef, the duck breast (which was delicious) and the pasta. The food came out slow, especially because we had to wait for our friend who had the 5-course meal (which came with 3 appetizers). In total we probably spent 3 hours there (we got there at 7:45 PM) and the restaurant was freezing. Overall good experience and great location. Food was delicious and expensive.

Very nice ambiance and service. We got served a glass of champagne as we were seated at our table. Restaurant is decorated in a victorian vibe. Food is nicely presented and portions are fair. I was expecting a little bit more in terms of flavors though. In pictures below, there are scallops, lobster bisque, risotto and lamb steak. I can’t remember what is the green soup :p. Scallops could’ve had some extra spices. Lobster bisque is a bit on the salty side and nothing too extraordinary with the risotto and lamb steak.

We ordered a starter, main and dessert. Had the scallop tartare, it had nice flaours and delicious crème fraiche. The cod was overcooked (unfortunately), the PEI beef was delicious. The dessert is a bit tiny for the pudding chomeur, so do order two if you are a couple. A nice dinner, but not worth $200Plus with wine. We've had better in NYC but if you want the experience, do go.

I visited this restaurant to get inspiration for my upcoming restaurant opening in Dubai. The view from this place is truly incredible, absolutely stunning. I opted for the five-course meal, each dish expertly paired with a great selection of wines. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Quebec. 5 stars! Réservez une table maintenant

Simply an outstanding, five star, restaurant in the world famous Chateau Frontenac hotel . Yes, it's terribly expensive, but if you're seated by a window with a view of the patio, boardwalk, and St. Lawrence River, it's worth every Canadian dollar.The service is first class and so is the food. Our dinner was so fabulous, we came back the next night.

The best restaurant ever! This restaurant was amazing! The atmosphere is super chic, and beautiful! The food was super good! We got the discovery menu with some wine and we just admired the chef’s work! The waiter was super kind, friendly, and even introduced some tourist attractions to us. We will come back again!

Popular restaurant was fairly full but found us a table. Ambiance is elegant, service was exceptional. Interesting menu, food was very good, not great. Excellent wine list yielded a bottle we had not seen before. Enjoyable experience, but pricey of course. Recommended.

I highly recommend trying the Grand Explorer menu. This 5-course meal was expertly paired with wine and provided a fantastic dining experience.
