Le Channel - Réserver une table

This lovely restaurant was conveniently situated close to where we were staying at the Holiday Inn. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. And the food was to die for. The amuse bouche was wonderful and could have been a starter in itself. My wife then had the lobster salad and I had langoustines. Both starters were outstanding. We both then had turbot which was also fresh and delicious. This has to be one of the best restaurants we have ever visited - anywhere in the world. Go there. You will not be disappointed.

We went there as a treat on our weekend away.The place is trying hard to be Michelin starred but it's not quite getting it right.The amuse bouche was a nice fish dish, large, but the soup was slightly odd.Starters were niceMains quite good but not perfectMy partner thought the desserts were the highlight.Chef was apparently perturbed that I didn't want the cheese with my beef (which was delicious) overall a nice meal but not sensational

I go there many times for more than 10 years now and it is certainly the best restaurant of Calais. The wine cart is absolutely incredible ! And the owner is very nice with you...I recommand this place for those who wants to discover the french cooking at his perfection.
