Typical old fashioned swiss bistro, not a magnificent decoration, but you are not coming for that. You come here because the Tartare are just to die for. Lunchtime nice on the terrasse but standard menu, evening very nice in the very small restaurant and then the tartares are for real with the preparation in front of you and the tasting, just great

Really fresh and tasty tartaric acid. You can taste yours with cognac or whiskey. Yummy! The only negative point of this restaurant is still the decoration. The rest is perfect!
