"If you like food from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will love this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs that they collect and use many of whom I had never heard from where the food comes from, how it is made and all food requirements are taken in their tract. We love vegetables and it was nice to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered later. These were taken happy as they were so full of taste and domestic. If you like food that is from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will adore this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs they gather and use - many of which I had never heard - where the food comes from, how it is made and any dietary requirements are taken in their stride. We love vegetables and it was delightful to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered more later on. These were happily accepted as they were so full of flavour and homegrown. The menu is varied, imaginative and not expensive for the quality. A little extra at the beginning of the meal was local goat's sérac served imaginatively....
