Wenn Sie Essen aus der Region mögen, die Natur respektieren und lokale Produkte und Kräuter verwenden, dann werden Sie dieses Restaurant lieben. Die Dame, die uns diente, konnte uns von den Kräutern erzählen, die sie sammeln und verwenden von denen ich viele noch nie gehört habe woher das Essen kommt, wie es zubereitet wird und wie die Ernährungsgewohnheiten in Ruhe bewältigt werden. Wir lieben Gemüse und es war herrlich zu sehen, dass sie reichlich auf dem Teller waren und dann wurden wir später mehr angeboten. If you like food that is from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will adore this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs they gather and use - many of which I had never heard - where the food comes from, how it is made and any dietary requirements are taken in their stride. We love vegetables and it was delightful to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered more later on. These were happily accepted as they were so full of flavour and homegrown. The menu is varied, imaginative and not expensive for the quality. A little extra at the beginning of the meal was local goat's sérac served imaginatively....
