We hadn't returned to this renowned restaurant for several years. the boss, always very kind, has not changed but we found that quality is, she, more at the date. and prices are excessive, compared especially to other gastronomic restaurants in the region, à la carte (we would believe in a michelin star) but also on the menu. the gourmet menu is offered at a rate of 39 € including in addition to supplements, quite unjustified, of 3 € for certain dishes. We have price the gourmet menu (with surcharges), and we have paid a total invoice of 117 € with the aperitif (sangria at 4,50 €) and a bottle of white wine picmal (very good) at 24 €. we have not loved sangria, very bitter (?), can be the fruit macerated for too long in the wine. the boss after having tasted her told us to find her good.! .the service was provided by a pleasant young girl, who has been practicing this profession for a short time and a young server in training. Both are full of good will but good, we expect better in a restaurant known as gastronomic especially practicing such rates. ! attention to the gourmet menu, the cheese is planned but the roquefort with orange shavings mentioned on the map has disappeared and replaced by two parts of camembert and goat on salad. So much more classic.
