We came here for lunch. The set lunch menu was displayed on a board outside the restaurant, and seemed much more imaginative than the typical tourist fare most restaurants in Agde provide. We sat at a table by the edge of the river, with an excellent view of the world passing by.Surprisingly each of us chose the same dishes. I don't know whether this was serendipity on our part, or just chance, but all items were superb.We had the seafood cassoulette (shellfish in a cheese sauce) for starters, and the dorade fish (an excellent local fish from the area) for main course. The local cheese and fruit for pudding was also delightful.Service was excellent.
Nous avons trouvé ce petit restaurant près du pont sur la rivière Hérault. Il est géré par un couple qui semble vraiment apprécier ce qu'ils font. Ils vous servent avec amabilité et un sens de l'humour. Pour ceux qui parlent moins bien français, ils vous aideront en anglais. La nourriture ainsi que l'ambiance étaient superbes. Si vous visitez Agde, cherchez ce restaurant car il offre quelque chose de différent des autres "restaurants touristiques" d'Agde qui ne voient aucune raison d'investir leur temps en vous en tant que client et se contentent de vous servir de la nourriture !
We found this little restauant rear the bridge over the Heraut River. It is run by a couple who really seem to enjoy what they are doing. They serve you with friendliness and a spence of humour. For those less able speakers they will help you in English. The food as well as the ambiance was superb. If you are visiting Agde then seek out this restaurant as it is offering something different than the other Agde 'tourist restauants' who see no reason to invest their time in you as a customer and just serve you food!
This restaurant is situated on the riverside, close to the bridge. It's small and unpretentious looking, but the service is good and the food is excellent. We were very sorry indeed that we found this place on our last night in Agde because if we'd known about it before, we'd have eaten there more. We thoroughly recommend it and would advise against going to more 'touristy' restaurants in Agde as we found them disappointing.

We were travelling through Agde and wanted to have an early dinner before catching a train. Previous contributors have said the restaurant was open all day and we turned up at 5.00 pm on 19 May only to be told that it did not open until 6.00. We returned at that time but all was quiet so we eat elsewhere.On a return visit on 25 May (a public holiday) the restaurant was closed.
Dîner un dimanche soir et passer une belle soirée assis à une table en plein air. Un charmant petit restaurant avec un accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel. La nourriture était de bonne qualité. J'ai opté pour le hamburger qui était parfaitement cuit. Les assiettes sont généreuses, donc allez-y en ayant faim.
This is an nice looking small restaurant by the river, which attracts tourists by the look of it. However, the entrecote was overdone in spite of ordered a point and the weight significantly less than 100 g. Served with cips only at price of 15 euro. Don`t go there.
Lovely outside area to watch the ducks and fish by as you eat, a great value lunch menu with all the local classics. The fish soup and the bavette steak are particularly tasty. We are repeat visitors over the last five years and have yet to be disappointed!

Le restaurant est géré par un jeune couple sympathique. Nous avons mangé un délicieux poisson grillé pour un tout petit prix. Le restaurant est bien situé à la frontière de l'Hérault, dans la vieille ville d'Agde.
Nous sommes passés par là au début contents d'être revenus !! Pâtes Carbonara aux fruits de mer très savoureuses et bon service. je reviendrai ! :
