As for the cuisine, it is simply impeccable; the flavors are there and the products sublimated. Special mention for the heart of beef fillet, white bacon, Pinot Noir sauce and Madagascar pepper which is sublime. No problem recommending this establishment. And thank you !

Chef Vuigner has managed to preserve specialties such as free-range poultry (cooked to die for: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside) and foie gras carpaccio. In addition, he innovates with work on spices and more exotic flavors. The market menu always offers quality products at a balanced price. Finally, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service make you immediately feel at ease.
