When we enter this establishment the thing that stands out is this original and intimate decoration, the lights are soft which immerses us in a soothing environment. Some products are displayed in windows and it makes your mouth water just looking at them, a real feast for the eyes. The service is fast and impeccable, the white and red wines are good, for the dishes the products are of excellent quality, there are cuts of meat for all budgets however the exceptional cuts are not within everyone's reach. The side dishes are extra which gives you the freedom to choose between pasta, fries and vegetables. We chose to take a steak and a salmon, the portions are consistent but a lack of originality in the preparation of the dishes, certainly the products themselves are excellent but the preparation work remains rudimentary both in the presentation and in the level taste. In terms of cooking, the salmon was a little cooked and the pasta not enough, but whether it's one or the other, everyone has their preferences. Ultimately, we are demanding of this establishment because we were expecting something more refined, the final bill being higher than in most restaurants. Très belle découverte! Le cadre est charmant avec une vue sur la cave à viande, pour accéder à la salle on passe par la cave à vin, c'est incroyable! Service efficace et impeccable. Excellente cuisine faite maison! Petit bémol pour accéder au restaurant, il manque d'indication, je le trouve un peu discret. Et pour le service, nous avons pris un plateau de 7, il aurait été mieux d'avoir une explication sur le plateau de fromages ou de dire ce que c'est. Après c'est subjectif, ce n'est que mon avis et des détails. Mais sinon expérience incroyable, tout était impeccable. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
