First of all the service was pleasant though difficult to find when needed. Although they seemed short staffed, the service was cordial and attentive. The food on the other hand did not meet all my expections . I found most of the dishes a quite unbalanced. My appetizer was the razor clam and it was 1 razor clam in pieces with a sake spuma and white asparagus. The razor clam flavor was overly iodized and was not balanced by anything else as the spuma was extremely mild in taste and this left the plate not so pleasant. The dinner was booked a week in advance, and when we arrived on time, we found that there was no parking space, so we asked the front desk and got the answer that we could park in front of the hotel. The wine list was extensive, but we took the sommelier's advice and had a glass of German Riesling and a scallop with sabline as a side dish.The wine and the salmon roe pasta also matched very well.The bison was very tender and the toppings were very tasty. Next time I'm here, I'll have a few more wines, after all, the restaurant is known for its wines.A dinner to remember with a great view of the river.

comme d'habitude c'était une expérience culinaire et un service le plus agréable! On est fans ! Ce soir, nous avons vécu une expérience incroyable avec félix et sophie. C'était la première fois que nous y sommes allés avec notre fille de 15 mois et la générosité de l'équipe envers notre fille nous a vraiment charmés ! Merci beaucoup.

I came with high expectations and left with a little sadness. The experience was standard with lack of explanation regarding bottles and pairings and food was above average, but nothing that would make me go back.

This was the best meat i’ve ever had, the textures we’re incredible. The service was excellent, choice of cocktails, change of cutlery, water, nothing negative for this place.
