and possibly good by comparison to many, even on days their toughest competition is open. The prices are reasonable. The food is good, but not pretentious or high cuisine . Le Dahu specializes in fondue, but we had steak and fish menus, which were both quite good. Service was quite good considering we were hidden in the corner (front window, actually, but behind a full-scale plastic cow); we were not forgotten, and that 's always nice. Perhaps it helped that, although it was lighly raining, there were a few couples and small parties of people seated in the outdoor sidewalk tables, sheltered below a couple patio umbrellas, across the street from the restaurant, so when our waitress returned from delivering food there, I think she was reminded that we were ready to order, etc. The place is creatively and artistically decorated and, in the small unisex restroom, you 'll find that a small metal garden bucket with a drain installed serves as a sink, something I 'd never seen before, but the eclectic decor of the rest of the place. But the toilet (room in general) was tidy and clean, which is always a good sign in any food establishment. Almost all, if not all, of the top-rated restaurants in the town are closed on Sunday evenings, so we were happy to find a table at this interesting place and will happily return.
