It was with some anticipation that we visited this renowned and highly rated 3 Michelin star restaurant. We express a somewhat mixed opinion, perhaps harsh, but justified for an establishment of this caliber. A minor incident occurred when one of our espresso martinis spilled on the table, following a collision with the tablecloth. Despite our apologies, the incident was handled in a very courteous manner, but the intervention was limited to a simple towel on the stain, without any offer to change the tablecloth or reposition us, which seemed disappointing to us given the standing of the establishment and the price of the menu which amounted to more than 500. per person. Faithful to the tradition of great restaurants with a more than efficient service, young and knowing how to adapt to the customer's style. viel Sorgfalt wurde auf die Wahl des Inneren das Restaurant, das war nicht berücksichtigt die Wahl der Chef der Kompetenzen. Wir entschieden uns für zwei verschiedene typisch italienischen Hauptgerichte von a la Carte was waren schrecklich. Schlecht umgesetzt, schlecht, schlecht gewürzt. Wir haben ihnen teilweise gegessen. J ai pris une viande sur ardoise. Ils proposent une sauce champignon et des frites avec. Pour moi les frites etaient bof hros gout d huile et la sauve champignon n est pas une sauce c est plutot un bol avec des champignons j ai demande s ils avaient une autres vraie sauce style cafe de paris la reponse NON meme du ketchup m aurais contenté. Dommage. Par contre moelleux au chocolat tres bon. Réservez une table maintenant
Repas (non du jour) très vite servis à voir selon photo.Prix correct et restaurant très élégant à l’intérieur. Vue extérieure pas ouf (traffic routier ou mur anti-bruit en verre) et le niveau acoustique au plafond pourrait être mieux géré à l’aide de panneaux suspendu qui aurait plus d’espace entre eux qu’un plafond sans joint. #futurArchitect #archistudent
