Le Domaine De Montjoie Toulouse Bw Premier Collection

We had booked one night from January 13th to 14th. The entrance to the castle is good but shortly after we quickly became disappointed. Despite a very friendly receptionist, the room, the welcome of the hotel, in no way reflect the spirit of an estate. The room did not even have hygiene products such as soap etc. Breakfast, given the privatization, was served to us in the room but this did not correspond to what was expected. Note that in this breakfast, we were not able to enjoy it given the presence of elements that we could not enjoy. In short, I would have liked a better welcome and to feel that we were real customers.

We stayed for one night at the start of October and were very pleased with the hotel. It’s a good location not far from Toulouse. The estate is very well maintained and the rooms are very nice. It reminds of a boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and offered up a wide variety. We would recommend this hotel and will stay here again during our next trip to the south of France. Rooms: We stayed in a spacious suite that was modern and very clean. Nearby activities: The city of Toulouse is not far away and offers a lot of activities and great restaurants.

Very nice setting, we opted for a superior room which was clean and comfortable. The on-site catering is good. A big negative point: the price of breakfast per person is exorbitant compared to the services, 18 euros per person compared to the price of the room is disproportionate. Otherwise the staff is helpful and attentive. Also negative: the absence of an elevator. Rooms: 5

A very nice hotel! The estate team was able to respond to our requests very quickly, the rooms are very large and very clean, the breakfast perfect. The restaurant within the estate is a real plus if you don't have time to go out to Toulouse. A hotel that deserves its stars. Rooms: Very large room, very clean.
