Amazing food !We had the 35 euro menu that is much better value than any other restaurant in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, why, because you get a mise buche and cheese on top of the 3 normal courses. Owner was excellent from start when he made us book table through SMS, welcoming and throughout the meal. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we had to stay inside that was to my taste a bit to much echo, however one of the most charming insides of a restaurants i found in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. I was not a big fan of the cheese dish after the main, that was goat cheese pesto or goat cheese olive oil, however I am sure this is a local dish and what you would eat in this region of France, so I say thanks for giving me a try of your local culture! We had two kids with us that appreciate the kids meal as all other restaurants serve hamburgers!they loved the chicken! They could have some more kids toys as it’s such a big area and not to much to do for young once ! We will definitely be back next year in May when we are back in Ardeche as every year for the past 15 years. Just hoped we would have found this place sooner
C'est l'un des meilleurs restaurants à Vallon Pont d'Arc : il est situé dans une ancienne ferme joliment rénovée, avec une vue imprenable sur les vignes. La nourriture était très fraîche et bien préparée, le personnel très sympathique et pas du tout cher ! Nous avons mangé ici plusieurs fois l'été dernier et cet été encore, et nous sommes toujours repartis heureux après chaque visite : une cuisine française typique et honnête, préparée frais dans une atmosphère agréable. Nous reviendrons à l'avenir, c'est certain ! Le seul conseil que j'ai pour ce restaurant est de changer quelques plats de temps en temps : le menu n'a pas du tout changé depuis notre visite l'année dernière... Mais bon, pourquoi changer une équipe qui gagne ?
L'endroit se trouve juste en dehors de la ville, au milieu des champs de tournesols (qui commencent tout juste à fleurir mi-juin) et des vignobles. Un vieux Mas en cours de restauration par un expatrié belge qui dirige un restaurant sur place. Cuisine française, bonne nourriture, prix raisonnables.
