Un régal de dernière minute de mon mari mais l'expérience a été médiocre. La décoration est sans intérêt, malgré la recommandation Michelin. En soi, cela n'est pas très important, si l'accueil et la nourriture compensent. L'accueil était d'une politesse rudimentaire mais sans plus. La carte est très restreinte, et le menu du jour sans inspiration. Cependant, le plat principal était fraîchement préparé et évidemment fait maison. Aucune carafe de vin disponible donc le choix se porte soit à la bouteille, soit au verre. Nous avons choisi de prendre un verre chacun. Mon blanc était acceptable (mais à 4 € ! mon mari avait du rouge, le vin était servi dans un tout petit verre qui n'était qu'à moit...
We came across this place while looking to somewhere for lunch after a shopping trip to Tarbes. We certainly lucked out. The lunch menu is amazing value considering the excellent quality of the cuisine, and the wine selection is also good and very reasonably priced. Fine quality fresh produce, caringly and inventively prepared. And despite what might initially be taken as a somewhat lugubrious manner, the owner/waitress also does an excellent job, with understated humour. We've been back already, this is definitely our go-to place in Tarbes now: if it were more local to us it would be a regular
