Le galopin - Réserver une table

Comme le suggère le titre, ce restaurant semble petit et peu invitant de l'extérieur. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking dans un parking public sur la route, mais pas autour du bâtiment. Je suis allé avec un collègue à midi et j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par les employés. Ce jour-là, il y avait des plats chauds frais (pizza et quiche) qui ont été une agréable surprise avec le buffet froid. Ils avaient une série de plats principaux, mais j'ai opté pour un steak qui était bon marché. Prendre une carafe de vin n'est pas cher et le choix est délicieux. J'ai été impressionné la première fois et j'ai emmené mon partenaire et mes trois enfants un autre jour de la semaine. Cela a été cher car il n'y a pas de menu enfants et les enfants sont facturés au prix adulte, donc gardez cela à l'esprit!

As the title suggests this restaurant looks tiny and uninviting from the outside. There is ample parking in a public car park across the road but not on the road around the building. I went in lunchtime with a colleague and were welcomed warmly by the staff. There were hot fresh dishes (pizza and quiche) served on the day which was a pleasant surprise with the cold buffet. They had a number of main meals but I opted for the steak which was reasonable. Having a carafe of wine is not expensive and the house choice is tasty. I was impressed on the first occasion and took partner and three children on another day that week. This was expensive as they do not do children menus and kids are charged at the adult rate, so keep this in mind!

We went for the lunchtime plat de jour which consisted of a help yourself cold meats and salad section and a choice of main meal of Turkey in sauce or Gammon served with supermarket supplied noisettes followed by a sweet. The interior of the cafe was very modern and clean but with no atmosphere, and the service was indifferent. The meal was only 12 euros per person but there are much better, options locally for the same price served in much nicer surroundings. (Le Donjon in Bazoges) Not a bad cafe but not one I would recommend.

Mon ami habite dans ce village et nous a emmenés dans ce restaurant. De l'extérieur, on ne sait pas à quel point il est grand et joliment conçu à l'intérieur. Très accueillant dès qu'on franchit la porte. Il y a une atmosphère magnifique à l'intérieur, et les pizzas sont délicieuses. J'ai remarqué que de nombreux habitants y vont et viennent pendant que nous étions là, ce qui montre aussi que c'est un endroit très apprécié. Je reviendrai certainement lorsque nous visiterons à nouveau, c'est mon endroit préféré dans le village!

My friend lives in this village and took us to this restaurant.From the outside you do not realise how big and nicely laid out it is inside. Very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.There is a lovely atmosphere inside and the pizzas are very very good.I noticed alot of locals go in and out while we were there which to me indicates a well liked place too. I will definitely go back when we visit again, my favourite place to go in the village!
