Restaurant amusant et bien exécuté servant une cuisine française. C'est peut-être la meilleure nourriture que nous ayons goûtée, raffinée, moderne et expérimentale. Les tortellinis aux crevettes étaient excellents. Les gnocchis aux champignons étaient pleins de saveurs (un peu trop de mousse pour nous). Le gâteau aux carottes était une expérience amusante bien réalisée, mais n'a pas tout à fait satisfait nos attentes (cela dit, le chocolat a obtenu des éloges). Cela dit, tout le monde à la table a apprécié ses plats et le rapport qualité-prix est bon. Une carte des vins impressionnante et le service était attentif, serviable et précis. Refined and sophisticated cuisine. Ancient vegetables revisited. A celery puree to make you forget my Mom's puree. A chocolate dessert to die for.
