Le Gourmand De Szechuan

We had lunch on Sunday. The place was busy but was all right. Only one waiter to serve or tables, he was very efficient and courteous. We ordered the hot and sour soup, very good and thick, quite tasty, then we had spring...rolls and shrimp dumpling, all great crispy egg rolls and well filled dumpling tasted very much of the shrimp. For entrees we had the Shanghai Shrimps and the Cantonese noodles with shrimps, chicken, lots of vegetables, everything was delicious and big portions. We really enjoyed it and will definitely go back.

First restaurant that I can tell don't even think going there. There is no fresh food there. Over and overcook. Chiken is like robber, shrimps are decaying, ribs are dry, They put so much sauce to mask all the taste. And over all, it is...so expensive. There is so much alternative like: La Tonkisoise or Piment Thai restaurants, where you will have fresh food, good taste and not dying in sauce.

We ordered a takeaway over the phone English was no problem. We ordered a set meal and some extras. Food was good, not great but not bad. Prices reasonable.

Very good food. Generous portions. Excellent quick service for takeout. In business about years. Sunday evening very quiet. Saturday very busy.

Delicious food and wonderful service !!! Totally recommend this restaurant !! Food was fresh and the taste was amazing !!
