As we were staying in the hotel, we decided on our first night to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. And they didn't disappoint. We chose the cheapest 3-course menu (première rencontre) with predefined dishes (no options to chose from). Starter and main course based on fish (what else did you expect), but prepared in a very creative way, especially the starter (pollock marinated in yuzu and olive oil). Dessert was also a very creative one, based on pineapple in 4 preparations.Only remark is the serving of the drinks (wine and water) : if the choice is made not to leave the bottles on the table, an eye should be kept on whether the glasses do not to be refilled. And this does not happen... In the end we simply took the bottle ourselves to refill our glasses.
Grace à un coffret château hôtel "balade gourmande", nous avons séjourné une nuit avec un diner et un petit déjeuner.Ne pouvant pas manger de poisson je l'avais précisé lors de ma réservation et ma demande a bien été prise en compte.Le repas fut très agréable avec des mets délicieux. Le coté très protocolaire du service nous a fait sourire et notamment quand un jeune serveur nous a annoncé du bœuf alors qu'il s'agissait de veau mais nous ne lui en avons absolument pas tenu rigueur. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment...
The meal from the starters to the desserts were delicious and the wine Grand Ardeche (Chardonnay) was just amazing. The service was very good with a high attention to details. The dinner was just perfect with an unforgettable view to the Audierne's harbor. We warmly recommend this restaurant for the very fresh food and the wonderful view.
