As we were staying in the hotel, we decided on our first night to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. And they didn't disappoint. We chose the cheapest 3-course menu (première rencontre) with predefined dishes (no options to chose from). Starter and main course based on fish (what else did you expect), but prepared in a very creative way, especially the starter (pollock marinated in yuzu and olive oil). Dessert was also a very creative one, based on pineapple in 4 preparations.Only remark is the serving of the drinks (wine and water) : if the choice is made not to leave the bottles on the table, an eye should be kept on whether the glasses do not to be refilled. And this does not happen... In the end we simply took the bottle ourselves to refill our glasses.
