J'étais ici dans cet établissement aujourd'hui pour une consultation de cardiologie pour ma fille de 4 ans. Je suis très heureuse et satisfaite des soins reçus par ma fille. Le temps d’attente a été long mais je suppose que c’est comme ça que les choses se passent après Covid. En sortant, je voulais acheter une glace pour ma fille à la cafétéria de l’hôpital et aller aux toilettes avant de commencer notre trajet d’une heure pour rentrer chez nous. J'étais stressé, fatigué et je me fais interroger par un des agents de sécurité : « Vous avez rendez-vous ? comme si nous ressemblions à des gens qui venaient d'entrer pour aller aux toilettes !! J'ai répondu à sa question mais c'était tellement év...
Nothing but good to say about Nemours. My 11 year old came in with a ruptured appendix at 9:00 on a Sunday night, the day after Christmas. Dr. Bowling did not mess around, for which i am extremely grateful, and they did surgery that night yet. Our room is beautiful and spacious. Childlife has visited numerous times to make sure we don't get too bored. The food in the cafeteria is better than any hospital food I've had. And the nurses....they have been so attentive and helpful. Everytime they leave the room they ask if we need anything. Based on our 5day experience here so far, they get a 5+star rating from us.
amazing personal. my daughter swallowed magnets and had to be transferred from another hospital. the staff went beyond and beyond for not only my daughter, but also for me. As soon as we were there, the workers in whom he ensured that I was both in order and in my child. when we were sent to the pacu, the staff was also great. they went out of the way to make sure that we were both comfortable throughout our stay. also the cafeteria staff were so nice and helpful. I can't talk much about this sick house. my daughter and I thank them from heart and darm that my daughter is now home and is very good!
the outpatient labore at nemours were amazing! my child was afraid to noodle and needed a laboratory. after an absolutely terrible experience in the eden hill labcorp (they said before my son that he would have to be strapped in the sick house and that made him more freaked out and the dinge worse, the girl at labcorp even seemed amusing at the fear of my child) I decided that the best would be to go after nemours and it was really. they were so friendly and patient with him and really cared for his feelings and comforted him. Many thanks for being a sick house that takes care of children!
Il y a quelque temps, j'étais ici pour une conférence. Même si je ne suis pas un enfant, je vis avec une maladie rare et la conférence s'adressait aussi bien aux enfants qu'aux adultes et aux familles atteintes de cette maladie rare. Cet hôpital est le plus bel hôpital que j'ai jamais vu. C'était très propre et coloré partout. Il y a de nombreuses salles de réunion dans tout l'hôpital. Tous les médecins avec qui j'ai parlé, même ceux de cet hôpital, étaient très sympathiques. Je connaissais certains locaux lors d'autres conférences auxquelles j'ai assisté.
Mon petit-fils de 3 ans a dû passer un test de plomb obligatoire par l'État. Nous avons pris rendez-vous au laboratoire ambulatoire ici à Nemours. Nous redoutions le test sanguin, mais Tammy, qui s'est occupée de nous, était fantastique ! Notre petit n'a même pas remarqué quand elle a prélevé l'échantillon de sang veineux. Je n'aurais jamais pensé que cela était possible, mais Tammy l'a fait. Nous étions tellement soulagés ! Une expérience formidable dès notre arrivée, et le temps de jeu après sur l'aire de jeux était un bonus !
Je suis venu ici aujourd'hui pour traiter l'infection oculaire de mon fils nourrisson... la sécurité, les médecins et les infirmières étaient tous très gentils. J'étais là pendant environ 2 heures et une très gentille dame travaillant pour l'hôpital est venue lire un livre à mon fils pendant que nous attendions d'être examinés : il a adoré, ça lui a vraiment mis un sourire sur le visage. J'espère ne pas avoir besoin de retourner aux urgences pour mon fils, mais si c'est le cas, je reviendrai ici ! 5 étoiles !
surprising! beyond the best! hearty cicu nurses, heart 2b nurses, heart surgeons, cardiologists, apns, child life services, pt, ot, vokunteers, nutrition and even home affairs were all so amazing. I owe them all my life! the care in this sick house and knowing that the staff has is so extraordinary! I'll never take one of my children, where else!
Mon fils a subi une opération majeure à Neumors, je n'ai jamais vu une installation aussi belle, un personnel attentionné et des médecins incroyables que ici ! J'espère que vous n'aurez jamais besoin de passer par quelque chose avec votre enfant, mais si c'est le cas, cet hôpital est le meilleur sur tous les paramètres. Merci pour tout.
