I go to this restaurant about 1 times a month because the map changes over the months. I appreciate the desire to highlight organic food but without extremism. there is a rare choice of organic wines of very high quality with a reasonable price. The kitchen is creative and the menu changes frequently, staff always ask for feedback on new dishes. Being quite traditionalist, which I like is that, here, creativity is not great anything. revisiting is not a revolution. We're not disappointed because we find the dish we ordered. but the chef knows how to propose a little secret that will bring a real novelty and freshness to the dish that you already know.

a nice breast and marne restaurant. the setting and the deco are very pleasant the chef nicolas (more at ease behind his stoves than on a tennis court) you serve a simple fresh and full of flavors! The service is of quality as well
