Le K Samois Sur Seine

We entered the restaurant with a lot of tables per square metre, it was rainy weather so outside seating was no option for us. We were seated and started our 'Le K' experience... 2 times gin tonic as an apéro .. it comes in lemonade glasses readily prepared.. no lemon added no decoration no fantasy . Whilst we were consuming our starter we were asked by the owner to move tables because another party of 10 people needed to be seated in a combination of tables where we were part of with our table . Is this France??? So we were moved across and continued our 'intimate dinner' with a noisy 10 people party on our back. We finished our main course and left . Very , very disappointed . A shame for culinary vision where this country is so proud of. Compared to Spain it is at the bottom of the competition .

If you like thin crust pizzas then visit Le K as they make some of the best in the Fontainebleau area. The restaurant is beside the river and there is eating space on the terrace and the small pontoon overhanging the water. The setting is lovely. The menu includes a number of pasta, meat and a fish dish as well as a large choice of pizzas. Prices are reasonable for both food and drink. Over the summer they open each day for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

Il y a d'abord et avant tout le cadre. Une terrasse sur la Seine au meilleur endroit.Les prix annoncés sont raisonnables même si la carte italienne ne brille pas par son originalité. Le service est très cordial et efficace. Les Risottos à l'encre de seiches sont tout à fait recommandable ainsi que le poisson au pesto grillé à point. Glace colonel au limoncello et cafés gourmands très convenables. Arriver en début de service car à 13 h il n'y a pas de place !Bon appétit !
