We came to Centuri to find a spot for lunch. Parking the car is not the easiest but we got lucky behind the church. The port is completely surrounded by restaurants all touting similar fare. We wandered idly to the end and came across Le Langustier whose panels should what looked remarkably like a Breton Plateau de Fruits de Mer. Up the stairs and into the restaurant we selected a table outside but in the shade. All the outside tables look over the little port but crossing one in the shade proved to be inspired: later others moved as the angle changed and the sun beat down. There are lots of restaurants in Centuri offering more or less the same, so it is hard to figure out if you're entering a tourist trap or not. We were quite content we visited Le Langoustier. We enjoyed a very nice view on the setting sun and the seafood of the Formule Grand Large was tasty. Not exceptional, but value for money.Food came very quick and staff was friendly. Even though we spoke French our waitress insisted in serving us in English. Which is nice if you don't speak French. I liked the fiadone (Corsican cheese cake) as a dessert.Do visit the toilet, you'll get a very nice view from there!
Very nice location to enjoy a good lunch ! Although the tables are indeed 'ready for replacement', the terrace offers a fantastic view on the cosy, little, colorful and fotogenic harbor of Centuri. We ordered a platter of langoustes and a big portion of succulent, fresh food was served at an acceptable price ... On the contrary, the Corsican wine was excellent but a bit over-priced'.The waiters were friendly and sympathic but a bit too much in a hurry and certainly not in the mood for small talk.All in all, we enjoyed our lunch. Recommendable !
we just wanted a small bite for lunch and settled for a formule lobster and sorbet.300 g of lobster was promised- I m not very experienced in seafood but only a spoon of lobster could be freed from our plate. there was eggplant, rice etc. but we just managed a mere soup spoon of actual lobstermeat. this is just ridiculous and I will never follow recommendations from travel guides again. Besides this 6€ for a single small glas wine in a simple restaurant is very ambitious.I felt cheated.

Bonne nourriture, bel emplacement et personnel sympathique et serviable. Ils ont vraiment donné de bons conseils pour tirer le meilleur parti du repas et n'essayaient pas de vous arnaquer. Ce n’est pas bon marché, ce n’est pas cher, vous en avez pour votre argent. Si vous aimez les fruits de mer, cela vaut le détour.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis malgré notre arrivée au milieu d'une coupure de courant. Une agréable brise sur la terrasse, très appréciée en raison des températures. Bon endroit pour les fruits de mer. Nous sommes partis le sourire aux lèvres...

We've had a perfect evening there. Staffs were fabulous and food amazing. I recommend it deeply, amazing sea view as well.
