Le Lias - Réserver une table

I share the disappointment of the May 2016 reviewer. We booked for 7 people for an evening meal on a Thursday night. Only 4 of the party had the €22 (3 course) menu with the other 3 just wanting pizza. Their pizzas arrived at the same time as the starters - about 40 mins into our visit - the waitress did not bother to ask whether they wanted to wait until the other 4 had their main meal. Our second course (pizza) did not arrive until 2 hours after we arrived (and then only after prompting) with only 3 being served and the last one arriving 10 mins later (slightly undercooked). Needless to say, the locals received their meals promptly! We did not stay around for the dessert course we were so disappointed with the poor service. Just the owner and a waitress were serving and were clearly struggling. To his credit, the owner apologised and did not charge for the drinks but as gite owners, we shall be deleting 'Le Lias' from our 'Recommended restaurant' list.

Tout d'abord , merci !On arrive le vendredi soir , accueil + que chaleureux par les deux serveuses . 2 filles avec une joie de vivre et de travailler qui se faisait ressentir !On commence à manger .Entrée salade gascone pour moi et salade de saint Jacques pour mon conjoint . Bien copieux !Le patron lui même est venu serrer la main à chaque table et savoir si tout se passe bien .On passe au plat . Burger pour le conjoint et entrecôte frites pour moi .Encore bien copieux . Frites maison que du bonheur !!!La devise du patron allier qualité avec quantité et même ponctualité ! C'est vraiment le cas !On ne s'est pas poser la question longtemps savoir où on allait manger le lendemain midi . Bien sûr nous y sommes retourné =)Le lendemain la patronne en tant que serveuse . Très sympa aussi !Pizza au gésier hummm !Je recommande ce restaurant et y retournerai volontiers si nous passons dans le coin ;)Et allez l'OM =D

Have visited here many times in the day and evening. Each time the patron greets and has a few words . He also checks on your meal as you are eating to make sure all is ok. Have had many of their home cooked meals "menu du jour" none have disappointed. If you are a fan of pizzas they are a special , being cooked to order in a wood fired oven. The locals I have seen taking away their pizzas too , and on one occasion a huge catering size - serving at least 10 people I would have thought. Situated on the cross roads at MOLAS near Simorre on the road to Toulouse , 10 mins approx. from Boulogne sur Gesse. Pizzas at about 11.50 and a 50 cl wine @ 6.50euros. If you have a HUGE appetite it is possible to put a pizza in the middle of an evening menu of 3 dishes , whew I would never manage that. Good value food well cooked and staff agreeable and pleasant. Bar on site and ample parking opposite. CASH ONLY no cards

un délicieux moment , ou tout était présent, l’accueil, la déco, l'ambiance, le service, et les plats, tout était parfait.
