Marché des Saveurs is primarily a small grocery store with a range of items including bread, cheeses (quite a large selection of cheeses actually), bakery items, packaged meats and fish, beer, etc.In addition to the grocery items, they also serve food (a limited menu though) during the lunch hours which daily lunch specials. On our visit, we decided to our two lunch specials in addition to buying some bread, cheese, and dessert to take back to our hotel nearby for dinner. The food was tasty but the portions were a bit small for the price. From a tourist perspective, the grocery store part makes it a convenient place to go to grab items to make your own meals. For the restaurant side of things,...

We got smoked salmon sandwiches on baguette with an excellent side carrot salad to bring back to our place in Gaspe. Both the sandwiches, the bread, and the salad were very good. If this had not been our last day in Gaspe, we would have returned for another meal. They also have tables where you can eat there. We bought a loaf of hazelnut bread they baked which was excellent and ate it on a hike. The shop has all kinds of specialities and lots of healthy food. They also make patisseries which looked yummy . The owner and staff were very warm and friendly.

A great place to get food that you wouldn't find in a normal restaurant. Great cheeses and foods that are prepared and sold each day. The tables outside the Marche can be used for eating and you get a glimpse of Main Street which is Rue de la Reine. A good place for a quick lunch.

Came here to purchase some products from the Gaspésie terroir. Many choices but check closely where some things are made as some were from France and Italy but we wanted typical Gaspésian fare. Bought organic honey and dried mushrooms.

Super choix de produits locaux et quand le sandwich gratiné aux crevettes est au menu, c'est un régal! (Merci pour la recette).

Il est impossible de rentrer sans rien acheter! Ca sent toujours bon, des produits exclusifs et des employés chaleureux

Disappointed in selection of breads, no pastries available when we arrived. Not as indicated in other reviews.
