To be honest, I was very pleased to visit this Michelin-1 start-up restaurant, but in the end I was too disappointed. The service is a man show, only a waitress who serve all night with 6 tables of guests, service woman is good and friendly, also she is busy, but ok! The problem is food quality and speed, it is kind of hurry! Main dish fish with raw cauliflower not only tasteful, but also not beautifully presented!! After the not very pleasant and tasteful main course, old yellowish salad comes with cheese will be difficult to accept!! see picture All night we never see the cook and as I said, just a waitress! The decor is very beautiful, and the food excellent, as typical in France as a vegetarian there is nothing to accredit on the menu. Sad at night when we were there, the service was almost an hour between each course, the restaurant was not full and we were only two people. The shares are not big, and the price was quite expensive for what was given. Hopefully with time these things will be better.

Sympa. Service pro sans être guindé. Plats plutôt originaux toujours très fins. J'ai été plus séduit par le ris de veau que par la composition en entrée à base d'huitre personnellement. Matière à mieux côté fromage. Je recommande
