This is not a rate that I like to give and that I give lightly but I had too this time. The restaurant is located in an amazing place, even if it is a bit overpriced I could accept that. What I don't accept is...the horrible service. We had a long walk in Paris and decided to go to the tuileries to enjoy the garden and have something to eat. We arrived around and we saw this restaurant, decided to go for it and eat something. We stood at the entrance for a few seconds to see if somebody would come to seat us down or to see how it worked, after waiting a bit we decided to look for a seat ourselfes. Stopped by here while in Paris for a day for business. I have been here before and love going back. Even with the weather a little cool, I chose to sit outside. They provide blankets when cool which is very nice. During warmer months, the...outside seating usually fills up as it is perfect people watching and enjoying the surrounding sights while enjoying a drink and/or something to eat. I had the croque monsieur and a glass of wine. Both were delicious. Service was also fantastic.

Un samedi après-midi, il y avait à peine du monde et pourtant le serveur a mis plusieurs minutes à apporter les menus. Nous étions trois et il s’est trompé à trois reprises dans notre commande : un plat et deux boissons étaient incorrects. À la fin, il n’a même pas apporté l’addition. Après avoir attendu plusieurs minutes, nous avons dû rentrer à l’intérieur pour demander à régler. Même notre ami parisien présent avec nous a trouvé le service et l’attitude vraiment déplorables.

The food is just not nice. The service was slow and bad We ordered a salad and the mix sharer platter. And when it turned up it was just tasteless. We asked for a couple of cokes but they never turned up. Couldn't wait to...finish, pay and leave. My advice is go somewhere else.

Service indifférent et pour une tasse de thé (simple sachet). Cuillères et tasses sales. Situé dans un joli parc près du Louvre, mais à éviter.
