Le Midi - Réserver une table

The title says it all, the staff are not that friendly, they run around and don't seem interested in what they do or in their guests. The food was fine, it's not 'haute cuisine' but i dont' think it claims to be. It's simple dishes maybe not all of them homemade but we had a good meal. I would say don't expect a great culinary experience, but if the staff were more friendly it could be a nice place to be. To be noted that there are simpler dishes on the menu like pasta and pizzas (very tasty too) which can be a nice change from Duck ;-) It is not our favorite spot, but would go back if needed.To be noted that there is an other restaurant owned by Le Midi, it is the restaurant by the Lake of Montaigu and this place deserves recognition, it's a great little place with friendly staff, the food is super fresh and delicious, and the location overlooking the lake is fantastic. I would give ' excellent ' to the other restaurant !

We went for dinner on a Sunday. We took a table at the terrace and waited for a waitress to take our order. A couple from the other table told us they weren't taking orders at the moment because the waitress was busy doing the dishes. So we went inside to order our meal and drinks. The lady who took our orders was really grumpy, and not friendly at all. We sat at the terrace and waited... After a while she came to the terrace and waved that our order was ready to be picked up. We told her we wanted to eat at the terrace and no take away... We got our meal as take away... In paper bag, with plastic knife,... AND we had to pay 1,5€ for a water from a cheap supermarket brand... If you want a nice dinner in 'la douce France' you should stay far away from this place.

Disaster. Gone to this restaurant because of the great menu on the website. Were welcomed by a groomy waitress. After being seated we had to wait quite a while to order. After 30 minutes we had to ask for our drinks, and there was no excuse from her although she had forgotten about them obviously. The food itself (pizza and pasta) was fine. After heaving ordered desert we didn't get everything we ordered. At that time we were done with this joint. While leaving, the waitress took more interest in doing a smoke than saying goodbye to paying customers. Really a pity, because the location is nice. We won't be coming back here!!

Went tot have a Nice evening, took place on the terras. Nobody Came. Went inside tot order. After a while a lady Came tot say our dinner was ready. I went to get it and was suprised it was in a bag?!?? We said when we ordered it was toen eat on site. Other couple was complaining to and we couldn't stop laughing about what was happening. On an other table People got their food on a plate. Food was very bad, please don't spend your money here, la douce France has better places to eat. 40 euro for 3 hamburger, fries and 3 drink. They most been having a ****.

Le style du lieu est original, en dépit d'une rénovation de la salle de restaurant moderne il y reste l'esprit de "bar de village", vous apprécierez les carreaux de ciment côté bar. A l'inverse de certains commentaires la Dame est très gentille à l'accueil et pour le service pour ceux qui sauront le voir ! Une très bonne cuisine soignée, faite maison avec des produits frais. Vraiment très agréable ! Un bon rapport qualité prix. Tous nos encouragements à cet établissement.
