Unexpectedly good! Absolutely every staff is friendly and welcoming. Maybe not the newest and modern hotel but it's clean everywhere. Food at the restaurant do not have the biggest choice but everyday the buffet is completely new, food is fresh and very well done. Kids are very welcome, which is a relief for us with small kids. We did appreciated the upgrade to the chalet-style rooms. Will definitely come back.
The meal is pleasant, homemade and very correct. On the other hand, the spa is catastrophic and very far from what is expected: Jacuzzi with unheated water, at room temperature Doubtful cleanliness of the changing rooms A Hamman with a strong smell of sewage or poor body hygiene. Spaces to relax with deckchairs that have moldy due to being waterlogged and poorly dried
Nice hotel just bit oldish and need to refresh. We were in the summer and this time many holidays schools camps and in the evening was quite noisy. We had a buffet dinner and breakfast. Was good, tasty and lot of choices. We had an access to the spa but we didn't went there because was to busy. Nice place but can be busy.
