Visited 5 out of 6 days. Had a Fillet de Boeuf 3 times. It's a fillet steak served rare or blue on a hot stone which keeps it hot and allows you to further cook each bite if required. The meet was top quality. I also tried tuna. Equally good. The food in Verbier is either really good or terrible, so we opted in for really good whenever possible and Cuckoo delivered consistently. We had our Christmas lunch here and came back most days until New Year. The sunny terrace and great wines against crowded lifts - meant we spend there hours each day. The atmosphere is great, but be warned: it's a ski fashion hotspot - so put on your best ski suit and enjoy the party!
