Le Neptune - Réserver une table

Despite the fabulous location better to avoid this tourist trap. Staff is very inexperienced, got their priorities muddled up and get so stresses during 'rush hour' that they start ignoring customers, get orders wrong and just don't bring the food/drinks ordered ('j'arrive' doesn't cut is for those prices). Used to be a really nice family place some years ago and we came here every year. Now we won't. Shame.

Friends took us, as this is a favourite place for Moules.... They looked good, but as 2 of us were on a diet, we just had Entrecote and Salad.... they were happy to hold the frites and we gat pleny of salad... The moules in camenbert sauce were reported to be excellent, as was the salmon... Staff were busy, but had time for a joke.... We will return...

Twice I have visited this restaurant for lunch and had to leave after waiting for more than n hour and still nobody came to take our order. The service is none-existent.

The staff are rude beyond comprehension, service is slow, food is even slower, well done if you get your drinks before you pass out from dehydration.

Such a shame as the food was fine and the views great, but the waiter was so rude and the service very slow. At those prices you should expect more.
