We hadn't planned on eating in this restaurant but changed our mind when we saw the menu.My 2 friends ordered a meat dish and I ordered a salad with salmon. My salad arrived fairly quickly, but my friends weren't served at the same time (? even though they knew that it was my main course...). We had to wait such a long time for their dish to arrive that we thought it got forgotten... we tried to ask a waiter but they all ignored us and avoided looking in our direction. Finally the dish arrived about 20' after my salad. On the good side, my friends were delighted with their dish. I wasn't impressed by mine at all.
during our daywalk, we decided to eat a bite in le normandy over the afternoon. When we asked if they had a table for two more people, we got a negative answer: "We're full." The restaurant was pretty full, but if the couple after us asked the same question -- well, in another language - and this was allowed to cook our blood. Then at least be honest with us to share the reason of refusal, maybe hiking clothes and shoes. In another case, we were granted. Even though we haven't eaten there, I can describe the attitude of the male waiter. hypocrite, rude and rude.
Arrived waited 10 minutes to get service order was taken for two coffees. Wait staff came back and advised we could not have coffee until after 2.15 as it was lunch service only. The was at least 12 tables with no customers. Why did we have to wait for service, why was the coffee order taken and then refused what was the harm of making two coffees for customers that could potentially be dinner guests. Two waiting staff need some urgent lessons in customer service.
