When those women were helped and left the woman who was helping them busied herself doing nothing. There were two other women behind the counter doing something, idk what. I visited this place recently. I was there in the early morning. The place had a long line, I thought I would never get through. Out of nowhere one of the staff members showed up. Asked how can I help, and he took my order. He was very welcoming. I stopped by the next day, same thing, this staff member (seemed like the manager) remembered the ordered from the other day, and asked me if I would like the same order as the other day. I said yes. This is my 2nd week coming here and I love the service. No wonder this place has suddenly changed, compared to last I was here months ago. Today was the first time we visited. Melissa was our waitress. She was very nice, smiled and gave me time when I didn’t know what I wanted to order. She placed my child’s order first. His Belgium waffle came with berries and cream. He ate to fast to get that pick. Io Lu wish it was a tad bigger for the price but it was crunchy on the outsid and soft in the inside wish it wasn’t cook with salt because I could taste it. Salt not good for me which should be customers option. I got the three scramble eggs and salad with fresh brew tea and lemon it was delicious after I put the cane sugar. A bit small but good. we started going to wuji when they had a single location for scarsdale. we liked the concept of a healthier chinese fair. Not sure where things broke down but the food has been steadily getting worse and this last trip our last it was barely palatable. appetizers came out with the wrong kind of meat and strangely mustard. soup was reheated. fish was slathered in sauce as was the sesame chicken. Everything seemed deep fried and covered (or drenched) in sweet sticky sauce. This seems to have gotten as far away from the original ethos as possible. Hope it improves. Our family won't be the ones to find out.

This was our first visit to LePain Quotidien and we loved it. There were two waitresses Melissa and another that started with an M…..the name escapes me. They were extremely helpful and suggested food that we might like. She was right on four counts. The only reason for four instead of 5 in Service is that we had to ask several times for ice and mustard. We will definitely return !
I have come here for breakfast, and I have come here for lunch. The food is always fresh, clean and absolutely Delicious. Everyone is so kind and every single dish has distinct and really cool flavors. I had their chicken mozzarella how bad is it melt. It was unbelievable. So good I got one for my mom to go.
Was there in April 2022, in the morning. Bought: blueberry muffin NOT fresh!!! Surely from yesterday, if not before. Pastries are terrible there. Unbelievable. This place just spoils company/chain reputation. Don’t go there anymore.
We visited for the first time and everything was great. We loved the customer service, fresh food, and all. The manager was very attentive and nice. Will visit again!

Consistently have the wrong hours posted. No hours posted on the door. Wrong hours for their uber eats, door dash, etc. Baked goods were old and rock hard.
Cute place nice atmosphere and service I had the avacdo toast with a fried egg delicious! and, try the organic coffee it's nice
