Veuillez lire cette incroyable critique jusqu'au bout! Je dois dire d'avance que nous avons toujours connu les Corses comme des hôtes très cosmopolites, serviables et sympathiques, mais la visite de ce restaurant a largement dépassé tout ce que nous avons vécu jusqu'à présent... dans le monde entier. De plus, je dois mentionner que nous mangeons généralement vegan, mais en vacances nous faisons aussi des exceptions et notamment en Corse nous mangeons souvent végétarien car le vegan est presque impossible. Donc, en pensant que nous pourrions manger une pizza vegan (juste la version végétarienne sans mozzarella)... nous avions réservé une table pour quatre au Palm Beach. Après quelques minutes...
Couple of lovely relaxed lunches. You don't have to use their sun loungers/umbrellas, just make use of the car park EUR deductible from the bill) and then find yourself a nice piece of the huge beach. Loungers are all reserved for the season anyway....Tartares we tried (tuna and beef) were both spectacular, in both quality and quantity. I was less impressed by fish for two chapon looked impressive but ended up being super expensive and not nicely cooked either. Service is pretty good if on a busy side lots of waiters running around, they are not easy to catch... Note that the restaurant itself accepts credit cards, but the beach part (loungers and anything ordered from them) does not it's ca...
A big food factory for vacationers desperate to hand over their hard earned cash to money grabbing beach operators. Food is ok, beach part is not that bad, drinks are also ok but it is so overall average that you leave with a big sense...of disappointment. It could be so much better for that price, actually it SHOULD be so much better. In comparaison, the next beach restaurants we tested on other smaller but just as beautiful beaches are so much better; check them out, you won’t regret it.
The first time we came, my husband and I got lunch and the food was great and the service was OK. We decided to come back for breakfast the day after and we were very disappointed. The staff was really rude. They saw us arriving,...not knowing where to sit and wandering around and still did not offer to help. So I had to ask where to sit. It was like we were bothering them. It made for a bad start of the day. Anyway... never again! Réservez une table maintenant
Nourriture fraîche, légèrement trop chère pour un menu enfant, mais je suppose que l'emplacement l'exige. Le parking pratique toute la journée est déduit de l'addition finale. Nous avons réservé une table et avons été installés rapidement. C'est là que le "rapidement" se termine. Le personnel arrogant et mal formé, longue attente pour les plats. Si cela ne vous dérange pas, c'est une bonne adresse.
This restaurant was on a beautiful beach with two other restaurants on either side. The service was slow and the food was good. I was surprised that our Rose arrived with ice in the glass. When the wine was returned it seemed watered down and...no one Actually ever told us what wine we were drinking. The live music gave us a taste of authentic Corsican culture and was a welcome accompaniment.
By far the best restaurant on the beach for lunch. Service attentive and friendly, restaurant comfortable (others next door very hot), food varied and sublime. From the salads with dressing on the side rather than the lettuce swimming in it) to the freshly cooked...fish. Highly recommend
