We met for coffees and a chat, also ended up ordering a sausage roll and Danish. This was Wednesday 19 August. No problem with the coffee or food, this was fine. But, despite the sticker in the window stating the cafe was taking part in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, we were charged in full with no 50% discount. Naturally we queried this and, after some debate the waitress discounted the sausage roll but not the Danish or the coffees, claiming they were not included in the scheme. She gave an example of a baguette, which, had we ordered one, would have been discounted by 50%. In fact all eat in food and drinks are included, except alcoholic drinks. I wonder if the Accounts Dept of this rest...
I really can’t work this place out, I’ve been to this establishment quite a number of times over a couple of years and even though the foods ok the service is ultimately very very poor I don’t know what the problem is but the staff have an attitude that they’re doing you a favour and that your lucky to be there and this results in leaving a bad taste in your mouth. There is no excuse for inattentive rude staff other than people being resentful having to work there. I think that bad service is contagious in that if any new staff start work there they take that as the norm. my man and I enjoyed having a French lunch in parc franglaises for 4 years. their sandwiches were made with various ingredients and brot always fresh. every food was very tasty in this caffe. Today we enjoyed our faviourite sandwiches there, smoked salmon and cream cheese, truthahn and cranberry sauce with selection of wide palettes of brot as different baguettes, we enjoyed a disc flourentine, it is a special baked cheesecake that make flourtine with pumpkin seeds on top). the coworkers of caffe, parc franglaises are very friendly and friendly for their customers. Thank you. we look forward to being back.
The coffee and food here are still excellent. However, since one of the permanent staff has left (maternity leave, I believe) we have new staff who have brought new ideas: loud pop music. I 've been twice recently and was unable to hear what a friend was saying due to the music. Even sitting outside I could hear the 80s classics blasting away. There are many alternative cafes in Beckenham and I fear I shall be frequenting the one next door if this continues. Such a shame.

to be honest when daisy grey had opened my son and I took a coffee and sat in the park, but since it was closed, we sat outside at P.F. it was pretty busy, service was good, coffee was ok, but I prefer the flat white from D.G and the cakes were ok. my dog found a beautiful place to look back into the world, so overall it was a positive experience.
I have recently started coming to this restaurant for my morning coffee and pastry, and every time, the coffee, food, and service have been exceptional. I had read some older reviews that criticized the service, but it seems that there has been a change in staff because everyone was very friendly and the service was fast.
Such lovely people to do business with. The quality of their food is lovely. Everything was freshly made. The attention to detail in the packaging was amazing. I would highly recommend Parc Franglaises. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks again Tracy Leyser
Visited here for the first time in a while and enjoyed the experience. Opted for a black americano and warmed croissant. Service was polite and food/drink arrived in good time. Would visit again w(en next passing by.

very beautiful, newly renovated small French deli. recently have taken over new owners and done a wonderful work of the inner! very friendly staff and management. regular customers and great eating and coffee!
