Authentic French adapted to today 's palate of less heavy sauces. Chef has a deft touch with subtle flavors, clearly attentive to details of spice combinations (but a bit heavy handed on salt in my beef dish, would take off only 1/2 star if I could . Lovely setting if a bit empty in these pandemic times... but it was a Tue night. The salad was surprisingly well finished despite looking relatively unadorned. Onion soup thick and satisfying. If you are looking for fresh, authentic and delicious French food – this is absolutely the place you want to look at! It is so obvious that Chef Jean Michel pours his heart into his food, everything was absolutely exquisite. It uses agricultural meat and all fresh ingredients - no cans! This place has exceeded my expectations I'm so happy I found this little jewel. If you check in the area def they will not be disappointed!
