This restaurant is a real “jewel”… It is definitely one of the reason we always enjoy to cross the Atlantic: To find authentique and gastronomic restaurants. This establishment is located in a lovely spot with a breathtaking view. The nice atmosphere is based on a sophisticated and delightful décor. The way they welcome and assist us during this experience make this place exceptional. Cannot wait to come back during my next vacation time in this very unique area. Staying at Bastide du Tinal is sublime and the setting of the restaurant surrounded by beautiful gardens and fountain is a lovely experience. We were particularly fond of Yannic's tomato salad at lunch - he picks them from his small vegetable garden in the back. The scallops were also divine and the wine list well priced with good local offerings.
There are not that many places where you feel the focus of the action-usaly the Chef is central. Here is the client!!! The details, the taste, the entire atmosphere... is't exquisite. Yannis is wonderful... and the spices cam directly from their garden! Enjoy his cooking, is a festival of flavors.
