My wife and I were recommended to this restaurant by the receptionist of our hotel next door. She suggested that we should book.We took a chance and entered without a reservation. It was 8pm on a Thursday night. The restaurant had four staff visible and just TWO diners! This couple were sat at a cramped table for two, tight up against a wall.We were offered a similar table which I declined.I asked to sit at one of the other many empty tables, indicating that I preferred "more elbow room".We were told that those tables were set for four people and we were only two, therefore we had to sit where we were told - at a table set for two.I stated that I did not HAVE TO SIT anywhereWe left to find a restaurant where we were welcomed.I suggest that the owner of this establishment visits Fluvio restaurant a 100 metres along the road to see how it is possible to make money. Fluvio was very busy but the staff were accommodating. When we returned to our hotel passing this restaurant, it was still empty and closing for the night!!The staff here obviously do not care or are just lazy. When I related this experience to the hotel receptionist, she was not surprised. She stated that this had happened before to other guests, avoiding serving them for a variety of reasons. Why then did she recommend it???

Being August with many restaurants closed we followed the clearly marked yellow signs to discover this great little place. Service was slick and caring, food was technically great and the menu catered for all tastes. Quite a little gem with indoor and outdoor dining

A very good restaurant with an appealing menu with a modern twist. The food is very well priced and good value but the wine list is quite pricey although good. Can recommend the zander and the fillet steak with foie gras. Quite busy on a Thursday evening.

Eat here every year for a number of years now on way back from Alps. Service always attentive food consistently very good and pleasant ambiance. Inexpensive for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended
