Our amazing dinner started with a warm goat cheese salad on a bed of arugula with chopped tomato, pumpkin and radish. It may have been the best salad I’ve ever had. Dinner followed with a delicious duck breast with red cabbage and a dumpling. The...other person’s entree was black ink pasta with a seafood medley. Both entrees were extraordinary. The dessert we chose was a light chocolate cake with a warm rich chocolate sauce with vanilla ice cream. What a wonderful meal from the beginning to end. The staff were very helpful as we speak no German. They were warm and welcoming to all guests. If we lived closer than Chicago, we would certainly return.

The food selection is small which allows them to concentrate on the quality of what they serve. We had Chateaubriand and it was excellent. The service was fantastic and we were well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly....The seating was a nice casual outdoor atmosphere and well covered. Inside they have a great bar. We will be visiting this restaurant again!

We’ve waited and finally they have reopened. Definitely our favorite local. We had two starters the shrimp salad and mushroom bruschetta. Both fishes were fantastic. Check out the photos. We moved onto the mains. One pasta, grilled fish, and steak. All perfect. See photos. Then...we finished with desert. Excellent service from Christian and a fabulous wine selection. Go, they are open!!!

Well, the experience in Le Popular Bar Cafe Restaurant was unique! It was Saturday evening, we were starving and we found this amazing place by pure coincidence! Staff was extremely friendly and when it comes to quality, this restaurant offers a once in a lifetime...tasteful journey! I couldn't recommend it more!! Definitely come back... I visited here last evening with a large group of friends and family. The family/waiters were very accommodating and answered to our sometimes demanding needs. The Parmesan pasta was delicious... I couldn’t recommend more! I would not visit Stuttgart without coming here again!

Call for a reservation to ensure you don’t miss out. We went early so no issues. We ordered off the specials menu. Started with tender octopus. We had the salmon and tenderloins. All delicious!! Finished with a special desert. Everyone was super friendly and spoke...English.

Really really great food. A real gem of a restaurant. Wonderful mix of flavours and selection. Wine selection is good. Great service, great atmosphere. Relaxed and helpful waiting staff. Would go there again without thinking twice.

European food with more choices than the normal German food restaurant. The menu had a lot of options but the food was slow in coming and did not taste quite as good as we expected.
