Le Potager - Réservation de table

We came across La Potager by accident, meandering around with nowhere in particular in mind. We saw this rustic entrance with a fading sign showing a few choice meals. and when you step inside you see all the tables in the garden courtyard (one of several distinct eating areas), bursting with locals eating great looking food! We tried the mussel starters (one of my favourites) and they were fresh and superbly cooked, we also had the tomato salad with homemade mozzarella which was without doubt the best salad we'd had for a long time. The mains were a mix of steak (superbly cooked), the special pork ankle (with we mistakenly translated as pork steak, but is really a local speciality), a fish...

En découvrant ce restaurant en passant en vélo, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu de ce que j'ai trouvé à l'intérieur. Le cadre très original avec une décoration rustique champêtre, une jolie salle et un magnifique jardin dont les produits se retrouvent dans l'assiette. Le patron s'occupe des viandes grillées et n'hésite pas à vous montrer la viande avant la cuisson qui arrive juste à temps avec une cuisson plus que parfaite. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et avons passé à chaque fois un très bon moment, les serveuses sont agréables et au petit soin.

We return regularly for the atmosphere, the quality of the products, tomatoes of the garden tasteful to wish, grilled meats, gigots to the string...The setting is dined in a treed course, in the vegetable garden or in an old cellar. The owners were able to give the place a little something we don't find elsewhere. Anyway, we go every time we're around.

a noon finishes the holidays, but thanks to this beautiful chimney around a simple but tasteful meal we return with this nostalgic note but with the hope of returning. The warm welcome, the waitresses available, the boss always ready to tell us a story. short a very pleasant moment. Réservez une table maintenant

Le Comptoir des Tontons est un endroit charmant pour passer une soirée agréable entre amis. L'atmosphère y est chaleureuse et conviviale. Les plats sont délicieux et savoureux, et le service est impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un dîner réussi.

It's good but undeniably priced what we ate was well cooked and of good quality but it's only a roasted fish with a standard seasoning of fried potatoes and Provencal tomatoes. Good but not high kitchen. It's not worth 20€ the plate in our eyes.

Good experience. Good and fresh food. The portions are big. The served potatoes are a special version of fries and fried potatoes. The vegetables of their own garden are a true spell. Fine ambiance.

Très très bonne table, cuisine traditionnelle avec frites maison en extra. Cadre exceptionnel. Fortement conseillé.
