Le Pourquoi Pas - Réserver une table

We visited this fabulous restaurant in the evening. We were 4 adults and 3 children. It was my granddaughters 13th Birthday. We were greeted at the entrance by Yves, the owner. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful setting next to the canal du midi. The menu was explained with pride and in detail. The food was absolutely delicious. The adults each had different entrees and each proclaimed theirs to be the best. The children were treated to delicious chicken and "Belgium" chips. If you are in the area don't miss the Outsatnding experience.

We made a lunch reservation and arrived slightly late to discover that the six of us were were the only customers that day! We had a fabulous shady table on a swelteringly hot day. The menu is short but we all found it hard to choose as everything sounded so gorgeous and it was even more delicious than anticipated. I can't wait to return next summer!!

c'est entre canal et vignes on durait un petit coin de paradis on y est accueilli chaleureusement on a l'impression d'être des amis la cuisine est à l'unisson du décor chaleureuse originale et super savoureuse bon pas de chance aujourd'hui il a plu mais on ne à quand même pu déguster nos desserts en terrasse merci pour cet accueil on reviendra

Un très très bon repas, délicieux copieux, une ambiance conviviale, accueil très sympa... une tarte au poire du tonnerre... à recommander, juste un peu difficile à trouver mais quand on y est on ne regrette pas....

Fabulous meal. Wonderful setting. Host and chef utterly charming. We will come back. Highly recommended. One tip - cash needed to pay the bill.
